On January 27th, at the invitation of HE Mr. Petr Dokladal, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Czech Republic and Mrs. Vlasta Ransdorfova, Director of the Czech Club in Sofia a roundtable was held. Cultural figures, journalists, graduates from Czech universities and students in Bohemian studies at Sofia University deliberated on the promotion of the Czech Republic abroad, the concept of the activities of Czech centers across the world, the cultural program and targets of the Center here for the period 2006–07. Mrs. Barbora Altrihterova, head of the Czech Center headquarters in Prague, a subsidiary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Czech Republic was a guest at the meeting.
