Mrs. Juliana Tomova, chairperson of Prevention Association (initiative of the International Women’s Club, Sofia, since the end of 2004), highlighted that the aim of the national campaign is to pool and coordinate the information in order to help ourselves and the institutions on which our healthcare depends. It is no accident that the association unites IWC, the Family Planning Association, Women’s Health Association, The Association of Onco-Patients, the National Association of Women with Oncological Diseases, St. Sofia Ladies Business Club, and private persons, representatives of various companies and organizations. In order to make every effort, on the one hand, people have to be informed of the preventive measures, and on the other, the state structures should be prompted to adapt speedily to the reforms in the healthcare system and have clear positions on coordination and control.
