On the occasion of the Day of the German Unity, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Federal Republic of Germany H.E. Dr. Harald Kindermann and his wife Mrs. Ingrid Went-Kindermann hosted a reception.

On October 4 many guests, politicians, diplomats and public figures gathered at the embassy.

In the framework of the celebration of Germany’s national day, the world-famous children’s book writer Anete Langen arrived in Bulgaria. The adventures of her plush rabbit Felix entertain the children in over 20 countries. In Bulgaria the author presented it in Sofia, Plovdiv and Panagyurishte. She has raised donations for the children in Pavel Bobekov Home in Panagyurishte and for the Children’s Home in Dragalevtsi..
