From July 12 at Debut Gallery

The gallery of the National High School of Fine Arts “Iliya Petrov” and Bulgarian Diplomatic Review magazine present a curator’s project of Raina Yotova, connected with the name and esthetics of Mark Chagall – the artist between Vitebsk and Paris.

The exhibition pays tribute to the artist’s birthday (July 6). It aims at introducing the high school students, the future artists in Bulgaria, and the admirers of Debut Gallery to a group of “flying authors” from the middle generation, artists who assert themselves and their flight through time despite the commercialization of life.

Not only students of the school but also recognized names in the Bulgarian figurative and plastic arts display their works at the gallery. The Exhibition “To Chagall with love” will open on July 12 and will show till the end of the month. The viewers will be able to see the specially created works – paintings, sculptures, engravings, textile and photography. Among the authors are Andrey Daniel, Atanas Konstantinov, Doichin Russev, Yulian Messa, Miglena Alexandrova, Daniela Todorova, Yavora Petrova, Ivan Dobchev, Hristo Hristov and Sylvia Ilkova.
