Won’t your new line hinder your studies, all the more that, as I understand, you realize the career of a fashion model is short-lived?
I will do everything possible to combine my studies with the fashion events. I am sure this is quite possible if one is sufficiently purposeful and serious.
What is awaiting you during the next one year and do you feel prepared for the challenges?
A very busy and hard year is ahead of me. I hope to be able to take part in so many charity initiatives as I would like to. Naturally, my engagements with Visage fashion agency will grow. I hope that in time I will be able to adapt myself to the new way of life and make a good name for myself.
Hardly any girl my age by the mere fact that she appears at a contest of this rank could be fully prepared for what exactly awaits her if she wins. Much of the responsibilities and emotions, which the title brought me, have to be experienced personally in order to be rationalized. But I think yes, I am ready for the challenges.
How do you imagine the future 10 years after?
I hope by then I would have overcome the difficulties, I would have a happy family, the man who would make me happy would be by my side. I wish we would have at least two children, because I don’t think it is good for a family to have a single child. Then, when I look back I would like to feel satisfied with my life. If then, when I strike a balance of the past 10 years I find that right decisions and the situations in which I have made someone really happy tip the scale, I’ll know I have achieved most of my goals.
What do you think are the most important things in life?
The family, friends, freedom, balance.
What would you never compromise with?
With my value system.
Have you ever dreamt of what happened to you?
Yes, of course. I participated in the last year’s contest. The title was my big dream. And my success comes to prove that if one pursues one’s dreams and gives everything from oneself, the dreams become reality.
Have you already got your first big lessons in life and what are they?
I have been living on myself in Sofia for a year now. My parents placed great confidence in me when they let me go a year ago, I was sixteen then. More or less I have faced reality, the difficulties one experiences when living on one’s own, the responsibilities.
What do you think are the most important things with which you will represent Bulgaria before the world?
I think that at the Miss World show the jury will not appreciate so much the appearance as the exuding, the intellect and talent of the participants. The competition there is very tight, I hope I will represent Bulgaria befittingly. I want the jury to remember that the Bulgarian woman is a charismatic woman, a woman of character, purposeful and determinate, tender and radiant, sensitive and noble.
