Romantics and style in Zheni Zhivkova’s collection Roca Fashion

On April 26, many diplomats and high-life people gathered in the Archaeological Museum in Sofia to see the new collection of Zheni Zhivkova. It is inspired by the spirit of the Spanish company Roca, specialized in the production of sanitary faience and bathroom fittings. “I am very flattered that I was chosen by Roca Bulgaria to make their special collection 2004,” the designer said. “I think my clothes reflect the freshness and cleanliness of the modern bathroom.”

The dresses are tinted in the fashionable for this season lilac, purple, pale yellow, ecru and brown. The romantics is exalted by the fabrics – linen, silk, chiffon, taffeta. According to Zheni Zhivkova, it seems the hit will be patchwork, very fashionable in the 1970s. The fabrics made of sewn up pieces of different material are again coming into vogue. They lend originality even to the simplest cut. So, the designer is confident that patchwork will suit any woman who wants to give colour to her dress.

For the busy ladies there are models with interchangeable pieces. The collection features a great variety of lengths, varying from short to long skirts. Trousers can be matched with bustiers and bodices – a trend in world fashion.
