The National Academy of Arts and the National Gallery for Foreign Art joined the world cultural celebrations on the occasion of the 400th jubilee since the birth of the great Dutch artist through an exhibition opened on October 25 in Academia Gallery. The exposition features 52 of the most famous graphic works of the Dutch master, reproduced with the technique of the helio-engraving – an extraordinarily precise photo-mechanic reproduction method, invented in the 19th century, as well as prints obtained through modern digital technology.
